How long does setup take?
Standard is self-serve: sign up, upload your documents, and you're running in minutes. Startup applications typically process within a few hours. Enterprise depends on what you need, but we'll scope the timeline together.
What if my documents are a mess?
That's exactly what Verbrio is built for. The worse your current system, the more value you'll see immediately.
Can I trust AI with my financial documents?
Your data never trains our models. Documents are encrypted, stored on GDPR-compliant European infrastructure, and accessible only to your team. No lock-in, no data left behind.
What is an action?
An action is a single AI operation - processing a page, generating an invoice, and so on. We use this unit because different AI tasks consume different amounts of compute, and pricing them individually would be opaque. One action, one price: simple to understand, simple to monitor. Your plan includes 6,600 actions per month. Most teams don't come close.
What happens if I exceed my included actions?
We bill the overage monthly at €0.03 per action. No surprises: you can see your usage in real time from your dashboard.
How many organisations can I manage in Verbrio?
Your Standard plan includes up to 10 organisations - each with their own documents, users, and settings. Most of our competitors charge per organisation, per seat, or both. We don't. If you're running multiple entities across different regions, you shouldn't be penalised for it. Need more than 10? Get in touch and we'll work something out.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Email cancellation@verbrio.com and we'll offboard you within 12 hours. Your data is deleted from our systems completely. No lock-in, no data left behind.
Why isn't there more pricing flexibility?
We believe pricing should be simple. One clear price, no surprises. We might adjust as we learn, but we're not interested in building a confusing matrix of tiers and add-ons.
